Grandbridge Vice President Ken Walters manages the company's investor accounting, reporting and business systems. His responsibilities include overseeing cash management functions, payment processing, financial system operations, system processes, and reporting issues.

Mr. Walters first joined the company under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 2007 as manager over the investor reporting and cash management business units. Prior to joining the company, he was vice president and one of Wachovia Bank's top managers in the bank's card operations division, leading massive integration projects following Wachovia's acquisition of SouthTrust Bank. He was previously in charge of SouthTrust's bankcard financial operations, leading a staff of more than 30 employees and overseeing major process automations, general ledger automations, and process change initiatives.

Mr. Walters earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Auburn University.
