Deal Joins Grandbridge D.C. Production Team

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC recently hired Matthew Deal. Based in the company’s Washington, D.C. office as a Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator, Deal is responsible for multiple roles including new client cultivation and maintaining existing client relationships. Specifically, he conducts market research and analysis, loan underwriting, and lender submission preparation.

“Before joining us Matt was an associate with Meridian Capital Group, working with their DUS® program in the D.C. and Baltimore markets,” explained Grandbridge Senior Vice President and D.C. office manager Carl Olsawski. “Prior to Meridian he served as a sales broker with Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in multifamily. Early on he was recognized as the top producing junior associate at the firm. Originally from Philadelphia, Mr. Deal earned his undergraduate degree from Catholic University of America. We’re excited to welcome Matt to the team.”
