Grandbridge Finances $7.75 Million Birmingham Industrial Portfolio

Airport Highway ParkBirmingham, Ala.– Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed a $7,750,000 first mortgage loan secured by six industrial properties in Birmingham, Ala.

Combined, the properties provide 312,413 square feet of warehouse space. 

Birmingham, Ala.-based Vice President John Bankhead originated the acquisition financing.

The permanet, fixed rate transaction featured a 10-year term and 20-year amortization, closing with an interest rate of 4.25 percent.

Funding for the transaction was obtained through one of Grandbridge's insurance company correspondent relationships.
