Alex has been with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital since 2013. As a vice president in our Mission Hills office, he's responsible for the origination of commercial and multifamily loans, and sourcing institutional equity for real estate transactions. Alex has experience structuring transactions involving permanent financing (forward commitments and immediate fundings), construction/permanent financing, bridge and mezzanine loans, and equity capital for a variety of property types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, medical office, self-storage, owner-user and hospitality.
Alex earned his MBA from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2014. During his undergraduate studies, Alex dual majored receiving bachelor's degrees in both business administration and political science from William Jewell College in 2011. He currently serves on the Board of Governors at William Jewell College.
He's a current member of various commercial real estate organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
