David Rothschild

David Rothschild joined Grandbridge in 2020 and has over 34 years of experience exclusively brokering senior housing and long term care properties. Prior to joining Grandbridge, David was the Executive Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield, Senior Living Group. He began his brokerage career at CBRE in 1986 where he founded the National Senior Housing Group. Mr. Rothschild has established himself as a dominant provider of senior housing services across the Nation. David has completed over $9 billion dollars in senior housing transactions in 40 states as well as Canada and United Kingdom. Mr. Rothschild brings with him an unparalleled experience in real estate services including investment brokerage, development project management, real estate consulting, market information, appraisal and financial services.

David is a frequent guest speaker at various industry conferences, including the prestigious National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care Industries, as well as providing insightful commentary for senior housing related articles and journals. David is an active participant with National Senior Advisory Council for Investment Properties, American Seniors Housing Association and California Assisted Living Facilities Association.

David holds a BA and MBA from Lawrence University and Arizona State University, respectively.
