Don Billingsley

Don is a mortgage loan officer in Grandbridge's Atlanta office. He has more than two decades of industry experience in several other key positions: Director, Departmental Enforcement Center – Atlanta for HUD’s Office of the General Counsel; Director, FHA Multifamily Production Administration for HUD Headquarters Office of Multifamily Production; Banking Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank, Atlanta; and nearly 15 years as a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Developer.  

The Philadelphia, PA native is a U.S. Navy combat veteran. He is a Certified Low Income Housing Tax Credit Professional, and attended Roosevelt University in Honolulu, where he majored in Management Information Systems.
