Donald Crandall, CPA

Donald is part of the Newport Beach production team of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, LLC. As a real estate analyst, he is responsible for analyzing financial, property and market data in connection with the underwriting of commercial real estate loans from Grandbridge's broad base of capital providers and proprietary lending platforms.

Prior to joining Grandbridge, Donald served as Tax Manager for a boutique CPA firm specializing in real estate taxation with an emphasis in affordable housing. His clientele included a broad array of entity types from high net worth individuals with complex tiered ownership structures, to publicly held companies operating thousands of investment properties. Donald has extensive experience helping clients to navigate the complexities of low income housing projects and related tax credits (LIHTC). During this time, Donald was responsible for consulting and compliance engagements encompassing in excess of $2 billion in transactional revenues.

Donald holds a bachelor of science in accountancy from California State University, Long Beach. He has been licensed as Certified Public Accountant in the state of California since 2014.
