Frank A. Sciara, CCIM
Frank has been with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital since 2005. As a vice president in the Kansas City Metro office, he is responsible for the origination of commercial and multifamily loans and sourcing institutional equity for real estate transactions.
Frank has experience structuring transactions involving permanent financing (forward commitments and immediate fundings), construction/permanent financing, bridge and mezzanine loans and equity capital for a variety of property types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, medical office, self-storage, owner-user and hospitality.
Prior to joining Grandbridge, Frank spent 4 years with George K. Baum & Company, an investment banking firm based in Kansas City, where he was part of the merger and acquisition team which provided strategic advisory, sell and buy-side representation, capital raising, and valuation services to public and privately owned middle market companies.
Frank graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas with a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2010 and serves on the board of directors for the Kansas City chapter of CCIM.
