Frank A. Sciara, CCIM

Frank joined Grandbridge in 2005 and brings more than 20 years of investment banking and real estate finance experience to his role as a commercial real estate mortgage originator. His focus is on the origination, structuring and sourcing of debt and equity capital for income producing real estate across the United States and includes all aspects of credit, underwriting, loan negotiation and portfolio management.

During his career he has been involved in the origination, structuring and financing of more than $1.0 billion in transactions of all types of income producing real estate, including multifamily (market rate, affordable, senior and student), industrial, office, retail, self-storage and hospitality. Additionally, Frank has structured numerous high leverage acquisition/rehab loans for clients wishing to reposition underperforming assets

Prior to joining Grandbridge, Frank worked with George K. Baum & Company, an investment banking firm based in Kansas City, where he was part of the merger, acquisition and advisory team. 

Frank graduated with honors from the University of Kansas where he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2010. Frank has served on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Chapter of CCIM since 2013 and is the 2020 Chapter President.
