Gary A. Cutbirth

Gary Cutbirth is a senior real estate analyst based in Grandbridge Real Estate Capital's Houston office. From 2009 to June of 2012 he worked as a closer, and returned to production as an analyst in July of 2012. He previously worked at Live Oak Capital, Ltd., that was acquired by Grandbridge in December of 2008.

Prior to Live Oak Capital, Gary gained real estate expertise at Houston-area savings banks and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). His career experiences includes coordinating due diligence, pricing, marketing and negotiating sales of $105 million in commercial real estate and non-real estate loans for the RTC; organizing, staffing and supervising a residential construction loan department; and management/sales negotiations for a $75 million real estate portfolio.

Gary received his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Houston.
