Grant Harris, CFA
Grant has more than 10 years of experience in finance and investments. As a vice president/senior transaction manager at Grandbridge, he's involved with all aspects of the financing process including underwriting, structuring, packaging and closing transactions on all commercial property types.
Before joining Grandbridge, Grant held a similar role as a senior investment analyst at NorthMarq Capital. Prior to that, he was an associate at the Raleigh-based real estate development firm, LStar. As a native of central Illinois, Grant began his career at State Farm Insurance where he focused on commercial mortgage loan originations, portfolio management and servicing, and REIT investments. He also gained diverse experience covering public corporate bonds within the company’s Fixed Income portfolio.
Grant holds a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a CFA charterholder. In October 2018, he'll complete the Executive MBA program and earn a master’s degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He's a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Triangle Chapter, the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of North Carolina. Grant is also active in the community, volunteering and serving on the Board of TABLE, a local nonprofit that provides healthy food to more than 500 children every week.
