Jake Pritchard

Jake Pritchard joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in 2017. As an assistant vice president, he is responsible for analyzing financial, property and market data required to underwrite commercial real estate loans from Grandbridge's broad base of capital providers and proprietary lending platforms. Jake is involved in each stage of production support from underwriting, packaging deals, market delivery and feedback, navigating a successful closing, to constant and consistent communication with borrowers, debt and equity providers, and third-party vendors.

Jake earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration with degrees in finance and economics where he graduated magna cum laude from Kansas State University. Prior to joining Grandbridge, Jake was a consultant for Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy & Operations practice.

Jake is currently seeking his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is actively involved in the local chapter.
