Jason Bartlein

Based in Houston office, Jason is a vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.

Prior to joining Grandbridge, Jason was a director at Flagship Capital Partners responsible for originating senior and mezzanine bridge loans. Prior to joining Flagship Capital Partners, he served as a Commercial Loan Officer at BMC Capital, a national commercial mortgage banking firm, for 6 years. Before joining BMC, Jason managed the office of a Houston-based real estate consulting firm responsible for underwriting and closing CMBS loans for Wall Street investment banks.

Jason has worked in multiple asset classes including multifamily, office, retail and industrial ranging in value from $2 million to $1 billion on both a single investment and portfolio basis.

A native Houstonian, he earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Jason is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
