Kate joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as a real estate analyst in 2011. As an assistant vice president, she is responsible for analyzing financial, property and market data required to underwrite commercial real estate loans for Grandbridge’s broad base of capital providers and proprietary lending platforms. She is also responsible for production support; from the initial packaging of deals, daily interaction with borrowers, debt and equity providers and third-party vendors, to navigating a deal through to a successful closing.
Prior to joining Grandbridge, Kate was a credit analyst with J.P. Morgan Chase in Chicago, IL. She then went on to work as a commercial lender for a regional bank, Enterprise Bank & Trust. Kate received her bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Kansas.
Kate is a current member of Kansas City Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2015. Kate is a 2011 graduate of the Centurions Leadership Program, a prestigious two-year leadership program facilitated through the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce where only a select number of applicants are accepted on an annual basis.
