Mariano Perez is an assistant vice president in the Miami office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he is responsible for originating, underwriting and structuring commercial real estate transactions nationwide on behalf of owner-operators, private equity firms, developers and family offices. Mariano's diverse skill sets, deep market knowledge and industry relationships have proved critical in working through transactions and originating business over his 15-year career.
Prior to joining Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Mariano worked on the investment sales team of Transwestern, focusing on investment sales of office, retail and mixed-use properties. He has structured and completed more than $500 million of closed debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, joint venture equity and loan sale transactions. Prior to Transwestern, Mariano worked in investment sales for the Miami office of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Mariano received his bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Florida, and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
