Bio

As a loan origination professional with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Matthew utilizes his experience managing commercial and multifamily loan origination and closing to serve his clients nationwide. Matthew is also responsible for new client cultivation and relationship management as well as market research and analysis, loan underwriting, and lender submission preparation.

Previously Matthew served as an associate with Meridian Capital Group where he was responsible for new loan origination and financial analysis as well as client and lender management. Prior to Meridian Capital, he was an associate broker with the Marcus & Millichap in Washington, DC, where he managed multiple relationships between property managers, legal counsel, buyers and sellers.

Matthew holds a state of Virginia real estate license. He earned his bachelor of arts degree in business and marketing from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
