Mitch is a vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, one of the nation's largest full service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking firms.
Mitch, based in Boston, MA, originates debt and equity financing for private and public real estate owners through relationships with a variety of capital sources, which include insurance companies, investment banks, governmental agencies, commercial banks and credit institutions.
Prior to joining Grandbridge, Mitch served as a multifamily loan analyst in RED Capital Group’s multifamily loan originations group where he was responsible for financial and market analysis for the acquisition and underwriting of multifamily debt and equity opportunities. His background also includes capital markets and analysts positions with Capital One, Deutsche Bank and Euroclear Bank.
His background includes analyzing, structuring and documenting complex transactions such as large credit facilities, affordable housing and LIHTC transactions with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, commercial banks, CMBS, REITs and balance sheet loan products.
The New York native earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and his Real Estate Finance and Investment certification from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), a commercial real estate business association.
