Paul Harbor

Paul joined the company under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 1999 as a real estate analyst in the Agency Underwriting Department and was quickly promoted to senior underwriter. As a senior underwriter, he served as team leader in the underwriting and review of over $100,000,000 annually in all types of multifamily housing. He also personally developed and implemented processes for the in-house loan approval and information request gathering procedures.

Paul began his career in commercial real estate at Real Property Services, Inc., where he was a staff commercial appraiser. His duties at Real Property Services, Inc., included managing business relationships and appraisal of agricultural, industrial and commercial properties.

As a vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Paul’s responsibilities encompass all areas of commercial real estate loan production including loan origination, underwriting, structuring and closing. He is also charged with developing new relationships and surveying local marketing conditions.

Paul earned his bachelor's degree in finance with a concentration in real estate from The University of Alabama.
