Rad C. Davenport
Rad, a vice president with the Norfolk production office, joined Grandbridge in May 2005. He graduated from James Madison University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is responsible for managing all phases of loan origination including structuring, underwriting, investor and borrower interface, and coordination towards closing.
Since joining Grandbridge in 2005, Rad has been involved in the financing of more than 500 properties representing combined debt in excess of $2.5 billion. Property types financed include apartments, retail, office, industrial, hotel and self-storage. Capital sources include life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks, credit unions, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA and VHDA. He has extensive experience in apartment financing including market-rate, affordable, seniors and student housing communities.
