Tony Guarino IV

Tony joined the Naples production office in May 2020. As an analyst, he has been actively involved in underwriting over $200 million in commercial mortgages to assist clients acquire new assets and refinance existing debt. 

Tony graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor’s degree in both finance and economics and a minor in real estate. He was inducted into the 2020 FGCU Hall of Fame, graduated with the highest distinction of honors, and had the opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
