William Callard

Based in Grandbridge’s Chicago office, Will’s primary responsibilities include structuring, underwriting and closing floating and fixed rate commercial real estate transactions of all product types throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Grandbridge, Will worked at BB&T Real Estate Funding, Capmark Bank/Capmark Finance Inc., and its predecessors, GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation. As a member of the Construction Lending Division based in Chicago, Will was responsible for construction lending underwriting, due diligence, asset management for all asset types. He also worked in appraisal review and assisted with loan modification and workout efforts during the economic downturn. Will also worked at U.S. Bank in the Chicago CRE group with a focus on underwriting revolver and term loans for large, institutional REIT clients.

Will has his master’s in finance from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, Ohio.
