Zach Keiger, CCIM

Zach joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in December 2015 as a commercial real estate analyst. He supports the production team on the underwriting, structuring and closing of commercial real estate transactions for Grandbridge’s broad base of capital providers and proprietary lending platforms.

Before joining Grandbridge, Zach worked as an analyst for Sonic Automotive where he assisted in the rollout of Sonic’s proprietary pricing and inventory models. Prior to that, he worked as a middle office analyst for Wells Fargo Commodities where he was responsible for profit and loss reporting for the financial natural gas trading desks.

Zach is a Charlotte native and a graduate of the Charlotte Country Day School. He earned his master’s degree in management and international relations from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
