Bio

A Deputy Chief Underwriter for Grandbridge’s Agency Underwriting team, Chris manages a team responsible for the underwriting of multifamily loans originated under Fannie Mae’s DUS® program and Freddie Mac’s Optigo℠ platform.

He began his career as a Real Estate Analyst with Collateral Real Estate Capital in August 2006 and joined Grandbridge upon its acquisition of Collateral in November of 2007. Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Furman University.
