Jin Lin

Jin is vice president and senior operations manager at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC. Jin joined Grandbridge in June 2003 and has 15+ years of commercial mortgage banking experience. She is currently responsible for managing the tax, new loan set up, UCC administration, satisfactions and releases, and document management groups in the company’s Charlotte, N.C., headquarters.

Prior to her role in loan administration, Jin worked in Grandbridge’s corporate office in treasury management. While in that position, she oversaw the treasury and operational accounting activities which included managing applications, compensation, personnel, internal and external reporting, information technology support, funding of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mac, FHA and Grandbridge proprietary lending, and BB&T Real Estate Funding loans.

Jin earned her Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), with a focus in accounting, from Western Carolina University.
