Kevin Grace

Based in BB&T Real Estate Funding's (BBTREF) Charlotte office, Kevin's primary responsibilities include the underwriting process for the BB&T Real Estate Funding program. This includes structuring, underwriting and closing of construction and permanent loan opportunities for commercial and multifamily real estate transactions throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining BBTREF, Kevin served in various capacities across Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate platform, including the role of Senior Underwriter/Asset Manager where he was responsible for the underwriting and asset management of CRE loans with a focus on transitional assets, across all property types throughout the U.S.

Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from North Carolina State University and his MBA from Wake Forest University.
