Lakisha Ford, CCIM

Lakisha is a vice president and Freddie Mac portfolio manager with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, LLC, overseeing the asset management operations for the Freddie Mac and CME portfolios. Lakisha joined the company under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 2003. She has been actively involved in the asset management of commercial mortgage loans for more than 14 years across multiple lending platforms including CMBS, Fannie Mae, FHA and Freddie Mac. Her background includes credit risk analysis, evaluation and underwriting of borrower requests (i.e., assumptions, transfers of interest, loan modifications, easements, condemnations, collateral releases, property alterations, management changes, insurance loss administration, reserve escrow administration, etc.), construction/rehab forward commitment loan administration, distressed loan asset management (including foreclosure, loss settlement and charge offs), physical property inspections and financial analysis.

She received her bachelor of science degree in finance with a minor in economics from The University of Alabama. In 2008, she became one of the first servicing asset management professionals in the United States to obtain the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
