Manny Gonzalez

Based in BB&T Real Estate Funding's Charlotte office, Manny’s primary responsibilities include underwriting and closing of construction and permanent loan opportunities for commercial and multifamily real estate transactions throughout the U.S.

Manny Gonzalez started his commercial real estate finance career in 2013. Prior to joining BB&T Real Estate Funding as a underwriter, Manny was with Bank of America where he served in various capacities across their commercial real estate platform, including associate underwriter where he was responsible for the underwriting of CMBS loans across all property types throughout the U.S.

Manny earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Northwood University in Midland, MI, and his master’s from Queens University in Charlotte, NC.
