Richard S. Brinson

Richard is a senior vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. Richard started his career in commercial mortgage banking with Charter Mortgage Company in Birmingham, Ala. In 1979, he joined Camp & Company, a Birmingham-based mortgage banking firm, and opened its Mobile office in 1982. In 1996, the principals, including Richard, sold their interests in Camp & Company to Laureate Capital (now Grandbridge Real Estate Capital).

Richard holds a bachelor of science degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Alabama. Richard is a licensed Alabama real estate broker and serves on the Advisory Board of the USA Center for Real Estate Studies.
