Timothy M. Duncan

Timothy is a senior vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, a commercial mortgage banking entity with offices throughout the United States. Timothy is active in the production and processing of FHA-insured multifamily and healthcare loan programs and directs the company’s FHA division, with offices in Kansas City, MO, Charlotte, NC, and Baltimore, MD.

Timothy holds both a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA from the University of Kansas. He has been in the commercial real estate business since 1985, and has extensive experience in commercial development, property management, asset management, loan servicing and loan production. He also has experience in the origination, processing and closing of loans for multiple product types including industrial office, retail, and both market rate and affordable multifamily housing.

He presently serves as treasurer and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Midwest Lenders Association. He is also a member of the FHA subcommittee of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Timothy is a MAP-approved underwriter for FHA multifamily loan products. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Kansas and Missouri and he is a past president of the Kansas City Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
