William is responsible for the Alabama loan origination offices in Birmingham and Mobile, AL. He has held this position since June 1996, when the company, for which he was one of three principals, was acquired by Laureate Capital LLC.

William has more than 30 years of professional experience in commercial mortgage banking, covering all facets of the business from loan originating and structuring to closing and servicing.

He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Samford University. He has served in various capacities with the Mortgage Bankers Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
