Grandbridge Funds $1.5 Million Wisconsin Multifamily Supplemental Loan
Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed a $1,500,000 permanent, fixed rate supplemental loan secured by American Colony Apartments, a 260-unit multifamily community in Greenfield, Wis.
Grandbridge Columbus, Ohio-based Senior Vice President Craig Kegg originated the transaction. Funding was provided by Freddie Mac and featured a six-year term and a 30-year amortization; closing with an interest rate of 3.56 percent.
